Halloween Mystery 08 / Clue 1

Eipä ole ollut pahemmin aikaa neuloa, mutta vihdoin ehdin tehdä ykkösvihjeen valmiiksi, vaikka kakkosvihjekin on jo julkaistu. Toisaalta, jonossa on myös tuon toisen mysteerin nelosvihje ja eipä ole tullut tehtyä viimeisintä tiskirättiäkään... No, onneksi näillä millään ei ole mitään aikarajaa.

Tätä Halloween Mysteeriä tulee tehtyä ehkä kaikkein ohuimmasta langasta, mitä minä ikinä olen neulonut. Se on toisaalta aika mielenkiintoista, mutta ei ehkä nopeinta neulottavaa. Lisäksi noita helmiä tuntuu tulevan ihan omiksi tarpeiksi, mikä myöskin katkaisee neulomisen rytmin tehokkaasti. Toisaalta on melko tyhmää tehdä tälläistä huivia, koska en ole varma, että missä sitä käyttäisin. No, jos itsellä ei ole käyttöä, niin eiköhän tämä jollekin kelpaa.

I have not had time to knit almost at all, but finally I was able to finish the Clue 1, though I have to admit; Clue 2 has been already published. In addition to that I have MS #10 Clue 4 waiting and I have not done the latest dishcloth either... Luckily I do not have any kind of deadline for these works.

It has been interesting to knit this Halloween Mystery, since I have never use such a light yarn; I assume it is more like cobweb than lace which is quite slow to knit. Furthermore there are lots of beads, which also makes knitting slower; at least I loose the rhythm totally when adding beads. Huge work and I do not have slightest idea whether I ever will use this shawl, since it is not purposed for everyday use. On the other hand, if I do not need it, I assume I can find someone who would like to have it as a gift.
